PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT STRATEGY PALANGKA RAYA CITY MINIBUS WITH QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) METHOD

Palangka Raya, which has a population of 298,950 people in 2021, experienced increase 2.78% from the previous year. This rate growth will have major impact on mobility and number using private vehicles. City transportation is type special passenger public that operates Raya serves urban areas. There are 5 (five) fixed routes be examined this study, namely served by city A, B, C, E, F Raya. research use CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) QFD (Quality Function Deployment) methods to determine operational performance transportation. Based analysis, existing fleet must modernized because suggestion Quality Deployment based HOQ matrix.
